The requirement from our client is the design of a new mixed-use corporate building to accommodate flexible workspaces with a distinctive image in a prominent location in the city.

The design from s*arc, developed in a three-dimensional model, is of an integrated and flexible project, with the required provisions to adequately respond to possible future changes in use.

This is achieved by means of a modular façade system that allows the internal uses to be reconfigured, whilst providing the lighting and natural ventilation conditions necessary for the project.

Polanco 02 Mixed Use

The requirement from our client is the design of a new project for an adaptable, flexible and sustainable, mixed-use project, within a prominent location on one of the most important roads in the city.

The design from s*arc, developed in a three-dimensional model, is of an integrated and flexible project, with the necessary preparations to respond to possible future changes in use.

This is achieved by means of a high-performance façade system, to provide the necessary sun and noise protection, and the natural lighting and ventilation conditions for the project.

GHC Mixed Use

The requirement of the project is the design of a new building construction system that allows its adaptation to sites of varying dimensions, to create new mixed-use developments.

Scenic Garden

The design of s*arc + iuyet considers the reinterpretation of elements of the Mexican pre-Hispanic culture with a contemporary approach to create new experiences for visitors.

The project considers the integration of new circulations and cultural pavilions, having as its central piece a new multipurpose amphitheater to host different outdoor activities.

Worli Koliwada

Project in response to the International Competition for the urban regeneration of the Worli Koliwada peninsula, with a grand jury including Norman Foster, Daniel Libeskind, and Dominique Perrault.

The design, by s*arc + monoforma, considers the historical context and the combination of the tradition and modernity of Indian culture, with the modernity of new sustainable technologies.

The project includes its integration into the context, urban planning, and the design of infrastructure, spaces, and buildings that generate a new integrated and sustainable community.

Urban Hotel

The requirement from our client is the design of a new urban hotel with a current and distinctive image considering its location on one of the main roads in the south of the city.

The design of s*arc + iaarq , as a result of the development of several options, integrates the different elements of rooms, parking, and amenities within the same volume.

The development of the concept, carried out in a three-dimensional model, analyses in detail the different interfaces of the building in order to achieve the best comprehensive solution for the client and the project.

NAO Mixed Use

The requirement from our client is the refurbishment of an existing large-scale building to accommodate new uses for retail, exhibition and amenities oriented to an international market.

The design from s*arc + lmao results in an optimisation of the interior spaces and circulations with new areas that create different experiences for the users and visitors of the project.

This is achieved by designing a new high-performance envelope that creates a new triple-height entrance hall and provides environmental protection in response to the local climate.
