The requirement from our client is the design of a new high-level residential villa in the Country Club of Ixtapan de la Sal, in which different recreational activities could be carried out.
The design from s*arc articulates the different volumes of the house, according to their use and orientation, to generate interior and exterior spaces and create new experiences for its residents and their guests.
The project responds to the conditions of the site and its spectacular panoramic views, considering aspects of sustainability, developed in an integrated design project.
