The requirement from our client is the design of a new residential tower, located in a newly developed area in Monterrey, with its own identity for its target market.
The design from s*arc + iaarq does not follow a conventional solution and creates a tower with a triangular floorplate, thus responding to orientation, privacy, and spectacular panoramic views.
The project has achieved its objective, thanks to its distinctive design, adequately responding to the budget, time and quality conditions requested by the client.
