The design from s*arc considers a contemporary reinterpretation of the old mansions in the area, distributing the different uses on various levels, surrounded by a sophisticated facade.
The result is a truly distinctive building, which integrates retail on the ground floor, apartments on intermediate levels, and suites and amenities on the upper floor.
