The brief for the project is the design of a new vertical mixed-use development that solves the integration of a complex architectural program, in a prominent location in the city.
The design of s*arc considers a retail podium with a mid-rise tower accommodating workshops, offices and apartments, with skygardens on intermediate levels.
The envelope integrates three-dimensional elements of structure and facade that allow ventilation and natural lighting, whilst allowing spectacular panoramic views to the city.
